Welcome to join. No experience is needed -- We will practice the Art of being alive in the present moment, full of breath, curiosity and trust for what is waiting to unfold and be released thru our movements. Only you can dance your dance!
LIVE MUSIC SESSIONS ARE USUALLY HELD THE LAST TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH. CHECK WEBSITE FOR EXACT DATES.
