I am offering the "EMBODIED CREATIVITY" 5 Rhythms Movement Meditation series on Tuesday nights 19.00 - 21.00 and Thursday noons 12.00 - 14.00 in LiT Karaköy.

Location: LiT Bankalar Caddesi No:17 Karakoy Istanbul

These series are set up to join with an intention to follow it as a whole of 5 classes, as a possibility to immerse deeper into the map of the five rhythms and the theme of EMBODIED CREATIVITY. And in addition, also a chance to be sharing a space where we can build up trust and connections to ourselves and to others with a group of people over a period of time. I am opening this class with a minimum of 12 participants who can commit for the whole series.
