BESCHRIJVING

This drop-in class has been going strong since 2001. Each week offers practical instruction in the 5Rhythms, balanced with plenty of room to explore your own dance. Participants can expect to connect with a community of devoted dancers as we explore and embody the many teachings this practice has to offer. Deepen your personal practice, or dance a Wave for the first time; all ages (15+) and levels of experience are welcome.

Class Time: 6:45 to 8:45 pm; $18 Drop-in, or $82 for a 5-class pass. Classes run from January to July and from September to December; we take a break in August. Please visit www.danceherenow.ca to confirm schedule.
