5Rhythms is the central theme that encourages freedom of expression and feeling. KIX also brings an aspect of sharing on the topic of addiction which offers us another layer of contact with understanding and release.
Addiction includes any habits, behaviors, actions we do, or things we take, to escape. It might also be behaviors or actions that we chase. Drugs or work. Social media or booze. Nicotine or sex. Netflix. Money. Love Control. Power. ... our unique flavors of addiction are endless. All are welcome to be explored here.
