Ένας διαφορετικός τρόπος να ξεκινήσουμε την ημέρα μας, με αυτοφροντίδα, ενδοσκόπηση, έκφραση, κίνηση, ζωντάνια!
Η πρωινή αυτή τάξη ήρθε να καλύψει ένα κενό.

Κατά την διάρκεια του 5Rhythms 5Days Morning Challenge, οι συμμετέχοντες εξέφρασαν την σωματική και ψυχική ικανοποίηση που τους προσέφερε το μάθημα, το ότι μπόρεσαν να διαχειριστούν τις προκλήσεις αυτής της πρωτόγνωρης καθημερινότητας πολύ καλύτερα , το ότι η ημέρα τους κυλούσε ευνοϊκότερα από ότι συνήθως.
Εάν υπάρχουν μικρά παιδιά στο σπίτι, επιτρέψτε τους να συμμετέχουν, όλοι είναι ευπρόσδεκτοι!

Hi there,
You are invited to a morning Zoom 5Rhythms class. Hopefully you 've danced a Wave® before, but if not it will all be fine!
This class is inspired from 5Days 5Rhythms Morning Challenge, where participants at the end shared that classes helped them deal with their day more efficiently, and their mental state was better.
In case there are kids in the house, do let them participate!

Για μεμονωμένα μαθήματα 7,00€ την φορά.
