Outdoor 5Rhythms® classes with Joanne Winstanley

Dancing together, close to home. Rooted and resourced in the medicine of our shared practice, we’ll move together in changing times.

We will gather and move in a park setting, safely distanced, gently guided, silent-disco style. I will offer practical guidance through the 5Rhythms® Wave, immersive music designed to inspire, and plenty of space to explore your own dance. All ages (15+) and levels of experience are welcome.

May: 2, 9, 23, 30 (no class May 16)

5:30pm to 6:45pm

Barnard Park – off Songhees Walkway, between Sea Terrace, Esquimalt Road, and Barnard Ave

Tiered Pricing:

Standard: $72 for 4 classes ($18/class)

Supporter: $88+ for 4 classes ($22+/class)

Supported: $60 for 4 classes ($15/class)

Registration is confirmed on receipt of your payment for all 3 classes.

Remaining spots *may* be available on a drop-in basis. Contact me up to 3 hours before class to inquire and (if a spot is open) to register.

Participants will receive a welcome email with details about our location.

Headsets are provided, and are fully sanitized before and after each class.
