5Rhythms is a lightly guided practice where dance, spontaneous and unique within every body, is the medium and the medicine. In the space of freeform movement, we follow "the wave" of music, energy and rhythm, surrender tension and open up to the wisdom of the body as a gateway to consciousness.
There are no right or wrong moves, no steps to learn. Dress to sweat, trust your bare feet and follow the choreography of your soul.
Classes are led by Daniela Peltekova and/or Masayo Benoist, both certified 5Rhythms teachers and accredited 5RTA members.
