Monthly Outdoor events at a beautiful private venue on the James River. 

Schedule and Preliminary Description of Event:

May 23, 2021 5Rhythms, Afternoon Yoga + Høly River Concert Picnic!

*no 4-6 evening session on the Workshop dates

Donation:

Pre-registration is required. Link to ticketing to follow soon! If space is available registration can be completed online at the venue. (No cash sales)

Any profit will be donated as follows:

50% to 5Rhythms Reach Out

50% to a local nonprofit (TBA)

Suggested Donation for Each Session (Stand-Alone): $20.00

Suggested Donation for Full Day (11:00-9:00pm or any portion of that time): $75.00

Suggested Donation for Full Day Workshop Events (Includes Morning Session class): $125.00

There are opportunities for work exchange in lieu of donation. There are a limited number of scholarships available. For either of these options, please send a brief email to connect@afterbefore.live with your request.

Event Liability Waiver: 

Each participant must complete a liability release form. This waiver will part of the ticketing process.

Weather Policy:

Events are intended to occur Rain or Shine. If there is a flood danger or weather that poses a risk to participants or equipment, the event will be canceled and notification will occur through your registered ticket information. You may also check on our website for any updates the day of if you plan to register on site and the weather is uncertain.

COVID protocols:

We will be dancing outside; however, the bathrooms are in the building and can accommodate more than one guest. Masks are required when in the restrooms if 6ft of space can not be maintained.

There will be room for those that wish to distance more than 6ft from others, all instruction will allow for 6ft distancing to be observed at all times.
