In this one-time 5Rhythms class, we will explore the landscape between feet and fingertips, earth and sky, between foundation and vision. Through the dynamic, moving meditation practice of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms®, we open creative possibilities and fall into Presence feet first. The 5 Rhythms: Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness are a map to a here/now embodied YES to you, your dance as only you can do it. Great world music invites you on a deep, soulful exploration.
