Sweaty Thursdays

The class is rooted in the 5Rhythms map, with Movement Medicine, Taoist & shamanic practices and other influences woven into the mix.
It's a vibrant dancefloor open to anyone who wants to move, offering a balance between focused teaching and practice, and the freedom to dance, clean-out and connect to soul.

Sweaty Thursdays has been running for over 10 years and is somewhat of a legend in the thriving field of London's conscious dance and music scene.

The first Thursday of the month always includes some introductory / back-to-basics teaching, recommended for beginners and old-hands alike.
