BESCHRIJVING

SoulRhythms on a Saturday evening, from 19.00 - 22.00, allows us to come back to dropping into the practice of 5Rhythms, where we have the space to go deeper, listening, we use rhythms to awaken and follow the wisdom of how our bodies need and want to move from moment to moment, using our breath to give it voice, rising and falling from shape to shape..Bringing an awareness to ourselves, each other, and connecting to something far greater than we'll ever know..

A place to allow and give permission to be, letting go of the masks that we carry through our everyday lives, coming back to core being of who YOU are..

When we start to strip away the layers, we can come back to the true essence of ourselves.. It's always an unknown journey, but to keep finding ways so we come back to the true essence of ourselves, is pure alchemy.

Let the music, your breath, the space inside you, relating to others, be a canvas of where we can go, so we can come back HOME to ourselves..
