This is a heart-centered space for surrendering it all to the dance, to become spontaneous and to work with skills and tools that develop the rhythms as allies in every aspect of life.

All bodies (ages 15+) are welcome! Classes are open to beginners, all levels of experience & count toward the 5Rhythms teacher training requirements.
