As we ride the waves of life, we share the spirited mix, eclectic nature of our culture, community and co-existence. The City Waves passionately brings out the potent medicine of this moving meditation with clarity, power and grace.

Waves all around us, waves from inside us, waves from dancing together. Waves that inspire our body to move, whether on familiar and unfamiliar rhythms and beats to discover, challenge, mesmerize, explore and appreciate more of who we are. We find the truth through the body, as the beats change.

There is no need to have any particular physical background or to consider ourselves dancers or not. We keep moving with the music and the dance will come to us. We dance until the dancer disappears and only the dance remains.
