IN THIS TIMES, WE ARE ALL FORCED TO DANCE AT HOME. AT LEAST WEHAVE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO CONNECT VIA ZOOM WITH LIKE-MINDED
PEOPLE WHO WANT TO DANCE!! OF COURSE IT IS ANOTHER KIND OF
CONNECTING. WE ALL MISS THE REAL CONTACT, FROM BODY TO BODY.
AT THE MOMENT WE ARE TAUGHT TO ACCEPT WHAT IS NOT POSSIBLE
AND STILL TO FIND NEW WAYS TO CONNECT. FOR ME IT IS SOO IMPORTANT TO STAY IN A POSITIVE MODE, TO STAY IN THE LIGHT - WITH ALL THIS SHADOW AROUND US. IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO FIND WAYS TO GET THAT STICKY TENSIONS OUT OUF OUR BODYS, TO CONNECT WITH OURSELVES, TO DO OUR PRACTICE! IN THIS DIFFICULT TIMES OF "MISSING REAL CONTACT " WE ALL REALIZE THE REAL GIFT OF CONNECTIN FROM HEART TO HEART, BODY TO BODY, SOUL TO SOUL. IN THIS TIME OF ANTICIPATION LET'S KEEP ON DANCING, AT HOME, WITH THE WHOLE DANCE COMMUNITY IN OUR HEARTS!

RECOMMENDATIONS for a smooth process:
- Please arrive at 15 minutes in advance to ensure any technical issues are dealt with. So we can start at punctually.
- Set up your space to be comfortable.
- Have water at hand
- I recommand to connect by computer instead of your phone. This means you can see the other dancers. Connect your computer to your soundsystem, so you will have a better sound, if you can;.) The best is connecting your boxes via cables.
- Please mute your microphone to reduce background noise.
