We lose ourselves in the hundred details that keep life in forward motion. When we’re fixing we stop noticing how perfectly right things are. Life’s treadmill can overwhelm us. When we hop off for a moment, move even just a little bit away, perspective ripens. Take this opportunity to drop all the doing. Retreat in the cradle of community for more than a few breaths as we give ourselves collective permission to just be.
Join us in the oak-studded forest of residential Four Springs Retreat Center for three days. Cultivate being with mandala-making and 5Rhythms® dance. Harbin Hot Springs is right next door…big invitation to soak all day Friday before we begin.

Registration open soon. Pricing ranging from $400-$550, depending on lodging choice. Food & Lodging Included.
First registered participants receive priority sleeping arrangements. Rooms vary from shared cabin with walkable & shared bath, to private cabin with private bath. If more accommodations are needed, we may open tent sites.
Bios:
Bella Dreizler has devoted a lifetime fermenting a potent brew of 5Rhythms, physical therapy and yoga, integrated body wisdom infused with heart and soul. As a human being with her own challenges, she walks beside you on an authentic healing path.
Majica Alba is a creative visionary whose passions led her to explore art, music and dance as a therapeutic vehicle. She gracefully strives for balance when juggling her business as a Registered Art Therapist, LFMT, 5Rhythms teacher-in-training and the raising of three beautiful daughters.
Refund Policy
14 days in advance: $50 cancellation fee plus any PayPal charges
No refunds can be issued less than 14 days from the start of a workshop. Any fees paid (minus $50) can be applied to a future program.
