We have been hovering in the land of mundane and cancelled plans. We have suffered and struggled through the last two years trying to feel safe in the present moment. Perhaps you have been longing to do something that walks you toward the depths

Cost: $140 Early bird pricing before August 15th. $170 after. Discounts for students and 5Rhythms Teachers/Spaceholders. Please email for details.
We will refund all payments if the workshop doesn’t run because of COVID.
COVID PRECAUTIONS:
At this time we are asking that all participants show a proof of vaccination to dance indoors. You will be asked to upload your vaccine record after you register or show it at the door when you arrive. At this time Sacramento county requires that masks be worn indoors, so we will adhere to our county guidelines and let you know if they change. We recommend at KN94 mask, they are easy to dance in.
We will ask that all participants take a rapid COVID test on Friday before they arrive.
Refund Policy
Otherwise you will be refunded:
14 days in advance: $75 cancellation fee.
No refunds issued less than 14 days from the start of a workshop.
Any fees paid (minus $50) can be applied to a future program.
