We're all scared, we're all angry, we're all sad. That's just the way it is. The only question is: How do we deal with it? "When the body moves through the rhythms, emotions inevitably come up. And when we liberate the body, we automatically set the process to a liberated heart in motion. Emotions must flow through the body like blood. If the emotional arteries are blocked, a congestion forms in the heart, then life lacks momentum and vitality. And if you try to love without flowing emotions, you're like a motorist driving with his engine throttled or a marathon runner with lungs failing." Gabrielle RothIn this movement laboratory, we examine the nature of our feelings and the different ways in which they can be set in motion. We reveal our emotions, get to know them, make them our own. We want to let them flow through our lives in such a way that we learn to fear what really threatens us, become angry about what undermines our integrity, cry when we are hurt, smile when everything is going well and care about the real needs of others. When all this happens, we get an idea of what love is all about, what it means to navigate with the heart, to be at home in the heart.

Bitte reise nach Möglichkeit 1 - 2 Std. vorher an, wir beginnen mit einem gemeinsamen Abendessen. Falls dies nicht möglich ist, dann sei bitte spätestens vor Seminarbeginn im Waldhaus. / If possible, please arrive 1 - 2 hours in advance, we start with a dinner. If this is not possible, please be at the Waldhaus at the latest before the seminar begins.
Refund Policy
Grundsätzlich sind alle Teilnehmende sind in freundlichen Mehrbettzimmer untergebracht. Der Pauschalpreis pro Person für das Mehrbettzimmer / Vollpensionspreis beträgt CHF 230.00. Mit Deiner Anmeldung für den Workshop ist Dir automatisch ein Bett zugesichert - das heisst Du musst nicht Dein Zimmer direkt via Waldhaus reservieren - das Waldhaus dankt Dir! / Basically all participants are accommodated in friendly shared rooms. The all-inclusive price per person for the shared room / full board is CHF 230.00. With your registration for the workshop you are automatically assured of a bed - this means you don't have to book your room directly via Waldhaus - the Waldhaus thanks you!
Sehr begrenzt sind Einzel- und Doppelzimmer buchbar. Ausserdem vermittelt das Team Lützelflüh gerne Hotelzimmer oder Ferienwohnungen in der näheren Umgebung. Falls Du dies oder ein EZ / DZ wünscht, dann melde Dich bitte beim Waldhaus Lützelflüh unter Telefon 034 / 461 07 05 oder schreibe eine mail an info@waldhaus.ch Die Zimmereinteilung wird vom Zentrum Lützelflüh ca 3 Wochen vor Kursbeginn erstellt. Die individuellen Wünsche werden bei der Erstellung der Zimmereinteilung berücksichtigt. Dadurch könnte ein Aufschlag von 10.- bis 35. CHF pro Nacht entstehen, welcher Dir direkt vom Zentrum Lützelflüh mitgeteilt wird. / Single and double rooms can be booked to a very limited extent. The Lützelflüh team is also happy to arrange hotel rooms or holiday apartments in the immediate vicinity. If you would like this or a single room or double room, please contact the Waldhaus Lützelflüh by phone 034 / 461 07 05 or write an email to info@waldhaus.ch. The room allocation is made by the Lützelflüh Centre about 3 weeks before the course starts. Individual wishes will be taken into account when the room allocation is drawn up. This could result in a surcharge of 10 to 35 CHF per night, which will be communicated to you directly by the Lützelflüh Centre.

Die Seminare des Waldhaus Lützelflüh verstehen sich inkl. Kost und Logis als Pauschalangebot. Für nicht eingenommene Mahlzeiten während des Kurses, bei späterer Ankunft oder frühzeitiger Abreise und für nicht beanspruchte Übernachtungen werden keine Ermässigungen auf den Gesamtbetrag gewährt. / The seminars of the Waldhaus Lützelflüh are a package deal including board and lodging. For meals not taken during the course, for late arrival or early departure and for unused overnight stays, no reductions on the total amount are granted.
