In this online workshop we'll work with our own unique flavours, and the layering of movement that we bring to our 5Rhythms dance practice. Beginning with the simple ingredients of the body parts - we'll combine an understanding of dynamic alignment and dynamic efforts, to explore and create new textures and forms in our expression. As we work through our rhythmic recipe, we'll move in ways we have never thought possible before. As we move beyond our patterns and usual limitations, you'll be invited to research your feelings and sensations, connecting to experiences of pleasure and joy.

Natalie is a 5Rhythms teacher, Dance-Movement Therapist, and excellent cake maker and taster.
