BESCHRIJVING
Being present is a fantastic tool to use when encountering the chaos of our lives, the tension and confusion, that we often feel.More freedom can enter our lives when we know how to flow with others and with life.
We will investigate trough the body, how can we get things done and stay relaxed and connected,
how can we be joyful and satisfied, with all those tasks, and demands, modern life is throwing at us.
The body does not lie, there is no image it needs to protect, and no words to make reality look more pink, therefor its the best guide.
We will dance, talk a little, release tension, have fun and probably sweat.
