de verkennersreeks is a serie of classes with the same group of dancers. Every evening we dance a wave but give some extra attention to one rhythm. We explore and recieve the medicine of that rhythm. To help us recognize and use it when neeeded in daily life. how can a rhythm serve me? how can I serve the rhythm by giving it more breath and body to move freely.
