BESCHRIJVING

When we hand over prayer to the body, our body can become our wisest teacher, showing us how to dance our innermost expression of life and soul, and revealing to us the often all too suppressed intelligence of the body.

This class is for people who are new to 5Rhythms or who have danced the practice for decades. We are invited to come to the dance with “beginners mind’ asking the body to reveal its unique prayer in that present moment.

Time: 19:00 – 21:00pm (2hr Class)

Exchange: £15 concession or £20 Full price

Community Altar: Please bring an object of deep meaning to you to dance and pray with on the altar. 

This event is a collaboration with our friends at Mandala Centre – a hub of talented practitioners offering a range of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual events known as ‘The Mandala of You.’ Their deeply nourishing curriculum unites mindfulness, playfulness and embodiment to feed you from the centre outward and to uncover your most radiant expression of self.
