BESCHRIJVING
Ocean waves in a calm day can be soft and gentle, yet strong and powerful. Then increasingly getting stronger and create bubbly direct motion toward the shore, to build up energy and grow into crashing roaring breakers. Then slow down to a gentle return to softness and kindness to finally reach a peaceful stillness. And all of this without ever change the pure essence of itself. We will dance this journey in this element. Each of us a drop of salty water. Together becoming the dance of the mighty Ocean.In this committed series we will focus on the journey of beginning, middle and ending.
No prerequisites. The hours of this class qualify for the Waves requirement for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.
