Through the map of the 5Rhythms - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness - we'll explore how these elements move in us, from the shifting tectonic plates of CHANGE to the fiery power of CHOICE, the life-giving potential of CREATION, the shapeshifting of INSPIRATION, and the blessing of ESSENCE. 

No previous experience needed. Bring a water bottle, comfortable clothes and your curiosity.

Avec la carte des 5Rythmes - Fluidité, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrique et Quiétude - nous allons explorer le mouvement de ces éléments en nous, des plaques tectoniques du CHANGEMENT à la puissance enflammée du CHOIX, le potentiel de CRÉATION, la mutation de l'INSPIRATION et la bénédiction de l'ESSENCE.

Aucun pré-requis nécessaire. Amenez une bouteille d'eau, des vêtements confortables et votre curiosité.
