Snow falls. Snow melts. Seasons change. Time marches on. We grow older. We say goodbye to loved ones and we make new friends. Grief transforms; happiness comes and goes. We breathe in, we breathe out. This too shall pass.We are constantly in a state of change … transforming moment to moment, forever stepping into the unknown. Each moment new and never before met. Each moment passing. We are an ever-moving body of energy.
Are we willing to move with it or are we persistently fighting against it? Do we need to have the answers or can we trust that our instincts and intuition will support and guide us? Are we willing to meet life with curiosity and an open sense of possibility, while moving in the vast expanse of emptiness and not knowing … dissolving and recreating?
In this 2 1/2-hour monthly mini-workshop series we will dance the essential 5Rhythms® of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness®, exploring and being Present to our relationship with Impermanence.
This is a morning moving meditation for deepening and awakening.

Regular ~ $100 / series, pre-paid, if registered after February 1, 2018
