BESCHRIJVING
In this workshop we will begin to explore the vast territory of the body and the level of awareness and relationship, we have to it. Using movement and metaphor as road maps, we will become more familiar with our landscapes and elements as we discover the medicine of the first Rhythm of Flowing, that brings us into our "Power of Being". This is the first in a series of five one day workshops, to give us the opportunity to experience more deeply what each Rhythm has to offer. You are welcome to take as many or as few of these workshops as you like.AANTEKENINGEN
No previous experience is necessary. Just a willingness to move and be moved. Please bring a water bottle, comfortable layers of clothing a journal/notebook and pen and your lunch. Workshop Hours: 10.30am - 5.00pm
