Une approche anatomique et émotionnelle du coeur dansé
Battement du coeur, va et vient de la respiration : contraction et expansion alternées sont le rythme même de la vie. Nous nous mettrons à l'écoute de cette pulsation organique en nous et en résonance avec le monde. Ce ressenti interne profond nous permettra d'affiner notre conscience et notre cohérence corporelles. Nous irons aussi à la rencontre des émotions qui habitent notre coeur, cette matière précieuse de notre humanité, pour la mettre en mouvement et laisser émerger une danse personnelle authentique et vibrante. Les bras, messagers de notre coeur, pourront ainsi se déployer, élargir l'espace de notre cage thoracique et libérer notre souffle. Nombreuses sont les expressions qui parlent du coeur : coeur lourd ou léger, d'or ou de pierre, d'artichaut ou de lion, coeur au ventre ou sur la main, etc. Nous puiserons à la source de cette poésie ordinaire pour développer souplesse émotionnelle, intelligence du coeur et subtilité dans la danse. Horaires : samedi 14h30 - 19h - dimanche 10h - 17h (pause déjeuner)..
Tarif : 145€ / 130€ si inscription un mois avant le stage ou étudiants et minima sociaux.

An anatomical and emotional approach to the danced heart
The heartbeat, the coming and going of the breath: alternating contraction and expansion are the very rhythm of life. We will listen to this organic pulse within us and in resonance with the world. This deep internal feeling will allow us to refine our body awareness and coherence. We will also meet the emotions that inhabit our heart, this precious material of our humanity, to put it in motion and let emerge an authentic and vibrant personal dance. The arms, messengers of our heart, will be able to unfold, to enlarge the space of our rib cage and to free our breath. There are many expressions that speak of the heart: heavy or light heart, golden or stone, artichoke or lion, heart in the belly or on the hand, etc. We will draw from the source of this ordinary poetry to develop emotional flexibility, intelligence of the heart and subtlety in the dance.
Times: Saturday 2.30 pm - 7 pm - Sunday 10 am - 5 pm (lunch break).
Price: 145€ / 130€ if registered one month before the workshop or students and social minima.
