A 5Rhythms residential

Being alive has a lot to do with our ability to be present in the moment. Being able to move with and through changes without shutting down or loosing connection. 5Rhythms dance is a supportive and joyful way to welcome all that arises in the moment, and to be Alive in body, heart & mind. This weekend is also a place of refuge, a place where you can pause the thinking, doing, planning. 

A place where you can drop into each moment, dancing with all that present itself, welcoming the new and unexpected, shaking of old stories and beliefs.

Come as you are, connect with the beauty of each moment, the powerful life-force that so often get blocked because you’re busy elsewhere.

We’ll use the 5Rhythms dance practice as 5 gateway’s to arrive in the body, open the heart, empty the mind, trust our creative soul and rest in the now. There is only now. All welcome to dance for your life.
