How do we find the inspiration and the hope to greet each day anew?

Our practice is to keep coming back to movement and aliveness.
Simple, and natural.

The more we do, the more the practice reveals its depth.
We just keep moving beyond where it and we once seemed to end..

Throughout the journey of this Ongoing Group we will return again and again to the deep simplicity of the dance ~ here, now, this ~ allowing ourselves to be absorbed by whatever movement unfolds.

We’ll find in its welcome, familiar magic the resources that we need to live well ~ a steady presence, and an open heart, trust, and curiosity, and a deeper listening.

And we’ll take the time and space to follow the thread of movement through the familiar and the everyday, into the heart of the matter; to immerse ourselves in the limitless mystery of all that’s possible; and nourish ourselves by moving with the vast richness of the deep.

Let’s drop together into the deep simplicity of our practice, and be danced by the freedom and poetry that are waiting for us there.

This Ongoing Group will meet six times over six weekends, beginning in November and ending in April 2023.

Each time we meet we'll dance the 5 Rhythms, with lots of space and permission to follow where the dance takes us. The intention is to offer ourselves again and again to the practice of the dance, and to hold a container together for profound presence in movement.

Dancing at a deep level through the year with the same group of companions is both powerful and healing. There is space for trust and friendship to grow, and challenge to be real and true. We will have time for words to share our process, for witnessing, and for individual support; and lots and lots of time to dance.

Between meetings there will be space to integrate and practice what we find, as we ground the experiences we have back in our daily lives.

Six months of dance, inspiration, friendship, and support ~ a space to meet the depth of ourselves, with kindness, discipline, and joy!
