Dance your way into the new year with 5Rhythms, a dynamic movement practice that ignites creativity, connection, and community. The creative genius of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms is meditation in motion: a potent tonic for the body, mind, spirit, and soul.

Led by Alessandro Moruzzi and Vehllia Tranne—two of the Bay Area’s most-esteemed, certified 5Rhythms teachers and the founders of The City Waves™—this 3-day workshop will guide you through the full Wave of the 5Rhythms in sequence.

Through a combination of warm-ups, facilitated movement, dynamic exercise, and individual, partnered, and group work, you will:

   Learn the foundational and life-changing arc of the 5Rhythms sequence, deepening your understanding of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities
   Move gently into the connection that each rhythm has with five basic distinctive emotions
    Activate your feet, hips, head, and hands to shake loose old feelings and find a sweet and gentle release
    Learn how to read your own Heartbeat Map to explore your emotions as energy, power, and part of being human.
