In this workshop we'll investigate our body's relationship to our feet and establish a new relationship to gravity - the feeling of having our feet under us. We'll explore proprioception, sensations and balance. We'll also experience the liberating energy conscious breathing.AANTEKENINGEN
Our dancing base is The Birchcliffe Centre, a converted chapel overlooking the attractive town of Hebden Bridge, set in the South Pennines of the Yorkshire, UK.
There are excellent rail links to the cities of Manchester and Leeds, both of these cities have airports. Come and join local dancers at this workshop where we'll discover our foundation for playful presence in the moment, as well as a new story about being creative and at home in our bodies.
