What times we live in!
Uncertain, unpredictable
Out of our control
And somehow getting faster and fuller every day.

Without good resources it’s easy to become anxious or stressed or overwhelmed,
Or all of the above.

Fortunately we have a map for what is happening
And a set of practical tools to be with its unfolding.

This weekend we’ll use the practice of the 5 Rhythms to strengthen our ability to dance with chaos, and to explicitly resource ourselves for these times. We'll see if we can find our feet in the whirlwind, and dance with its unfolding, alive and centred, as we move in creative collaboration with our surroundings.

It’s not possible to stem the chaos.
But we can learn to ride its powerful energy with freedom and an open heart.
To live and thrive and flourish, as it takes us with it.
