In this workshop we will use the movement and metaphor of the 5 Rhythms to explore the Rhythm of Chaos and cultivate the ability to surrender to the present moment and release what no longer serves us. We practice letting go of all that shapes us - limiting thought patterns, beliefs, conditioning, to allow for new possibilities and opening to the intuitive part of our mind to discover "The Power of Knowing".Workshop hours: 10.30am-3.00pm Cost $55
AANTEKENINGEN
This workshop is the third in a 1 day series which explores the medicine and metaphor of each of the Rhythms. It is not necessary to attend all workshops as each stands alone ( but it is an amazing exploration to do so : )
No previous experience is necessary just a willingness to move and be moved.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water water bottle.
