Whether we feel blocked or fluid in our emotions. Whether we’re moving with delight or through despair out in the world. Within our heart resides a ray of light that once we connect to, and move with, allows safe passage for ourselves, another and the communities we serve. In effect our rippling heart becomes part of the natural flow and elements of all life.In this workshop we’ll dive into and move with the Heartbeat map of the 5Rhythms practice dropping our mind like a pebble into the deep waters of our soul. Listening to the ripples as they vibrate opening our hearts dance, to the poetic grace.
Emma has been in love with the 5Rhythms for over 30 years. She’s a shapeshifter, poetic mover and shaker, whether on the streets of London, NYC or across Europe. Emma had a long and close relationship with Gabrielle Roth becoming an accredited teacher in 2001. She continues to be a catalyst and pioneer in outreach work within prisons, addiction programs and with children at risk.
Jason fell in love with the 5Rhythms in 2003 becoming an accredited teacher in 2011. He subsequently studied and qualified to teach the Heartbeat map in 2015. Jason holds weekly open classes, regular workshops and teaches out in the wider dancing community across the UK and Internationally both in person and online.

This workshop counts as 2 or 2.5 days of Heartbeat towards 5Rhythms Teacher Training.
