A 5Rhythms® Waves Movement Workshop with Anne Marie Hogya

In this workshop, we will investigate how to give permission to fully be our self. To be spontaneous, innovative, real and truthful, with who we are and how we want to express – our body and our heart. To listen deeply and be a conduit for instinct, impulse and spirit.  

You will be given full permission to take what you learn and apply it to your daily life.

This workshop is designed for adults of every age and physical ability.
