The Zone.... we've all had a taste of that blissful place while doing sports or dancing, being in nature, meditating... time seems to stop and we are deliciously present. At times a gift from Grace, this state can consciously be invited through the energetic portals of the 5Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.This workshop focuses on the physical gateways to each rhythm, opening the possibilities for deeper access to ecstatic trance beyond the mind.
