Our first extended offering in over 2 years, we are bringing ourselves back home. In collaboration through body, with collective sharing, into community. We are reclaiming vibrant wellbeing through the Rhythms.
We're offering a place for you to meet, move and express in deeply held space. Together let's dance our places of tenderness and power, and integrate some of our inner polarities.
Much has stirred in our beings in these many months. Perhaps you too are ready to listen, explore,  shape, shake, shimmer and release with us.

Covid Measures:
Please take an at home Covid test the morning of the workshop and please stay home if you are positive or have any symptoms you will receive a full refund. Respect space and take as much space as you need. We are huggers by nature ~ ask first. Masks are not required and completely respected, most importantly take care of you. You agree by attending that you are responsible for you and the community. As your hosts we will do our best to keep the space safe, open windows, fans and clean.
