BESCHRIJVING

Through the dance and the map of the 5Rhythms, we will dig deep into the light and shadow of freedom. With the courage of the rebel dancer we will take the dance deeper, dare to meet both light and darkness, shape it and express it, allow it to shatter and fall apart, to create new life in our dancing hearts and in the life-force of our heaps, and expand the inner space of stillness.

In ‘Rebel Buddha’ Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche describes the rebel within us, the part of us that already knows how to break free of fear and unhappiness.

Gabrielle Roth, the founder of the 5Rhythms, taught us to find the discipline to be a free spirit.

We will use the map of the 5Rhythms
