What better way to move into the New Year than to really MOVE into it!

Each day has a different theme, flowing one into another.

You can choose one or as many as you like; the deepest benefits are felt with a practise of showing up for all five days.

We'll start on Friday night with "DARKNESS", to mark this time of quiet renewal and mystery. 

Then Saturday with "CELEBRATION", a tribal gathering to honour the light always alive in us no matter how dark the night. 

Followed by a Sunday afternoon dive into "BODY OF LIFE", where the maps of the 5Rhythms help us explore our embodied wildness. Monday is a time for "CONNECTION", to ourselves and others, as well as to our world. 

And winding it all up on Tuesday, New Year's Eve, with "VISION & INTENTION", an afternoon to focus and embody what we want to create in this new cycle of light.

Quelle belle façon d'accueillir la Nouvelle Année!

Chaque journée a un thème différent, qui coule de l'un à l'autre.

Vous pouvez choisir de venir pour un ou plusieurs; les plus grands bienfaits se font sentir avec une pratique journalière étalée sur les cinq jours.

Nous commençons vendredi soir avec "NOIRCEUR", pour marquer ce temps de renouveau et de mystère.

Suivi de "CÉLÉBRATION" samedi, rencontre tribale pour se rappeler que notre lumière jaillit dans la plus profonde des nuits.

Ensuite "CORPS VITAL", où la mappe des 5Rythmes nous mène dans les contrées sauvages de notre être.

Lundi nous amène à "CONNECTION" avec nous-mêmes, les autres et notre monde.

Et enfin mardi on passe à "VISION & INTENTION", un après-midi pour cibler et incarner ce que l'on veut créer dans la Nouvelle Année.
