In these disrupted times we live in, a weekend retreat takes on a little more meaning. Settling down, not to reflect and think about what is in front of us, but simply in the present moment what is available to us. Our practice is that of a meditation in movement and the map of the 5 rhythms is precious in its teaching, in what they reveal to us and our body is our tool, our instrument, our vehicle. There will be times to dance, times to pause, times to exercise, times to connect together, times to share, times to simply be who we really are.

Venue: Surya centrum Brestové, 1282, 916 42 Moravské Lieskové Dates: 4.. – 8.November 2020

This residential retreat of 5Rhythms will take place in the magical area of ​​the Surya Center near Moravské Lieskové. There is a beautiful wooden floor in the room for dancing. Surya is also an ecological farm, with its ecological lake. Complete vegetarian food is provided mainly from their own products. There is a sauna available, accommodation is comfortable, wifi for use. Transport is most convenient by car, it is about 120 km north of Bratislava. There is no guarantee that you will get directly to the facility, by car, maybe some 20 min walk will be needed/depends on wheater conditions/. You will be provided with all the necessary information when you are registered. The workshop will be held in English with the translation to Slovak.
