BESCHRIJVING
The transition from this old year into a new is a splendid moment to reflect on the old and the new in us; to see what has become ridiculously old and what we could transform into something surprisingly new.In movement we’ll find our continuity; we’ll move and breathe into an adventurous dance, step by step clarifying our own path; moving from old into new, becoming more and more creative with all that we meet, becoming increasingly curious about what lives in us and all that wants to be lived.
This years edition of Dancing on the Edge takes us on a quest for the surprisingly new and allows us to have a good laugh about all that ridiculously old parts in us that don’t serve anymore.
Come and share your breath, your dance, your laughs, your heart, your soul and your inspiration; we will celebrate this completion as a tribe, creatively moving together towards a surprisingly New Year…
In this workshop we’ll use Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms dance meditation practice of flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness as our reliable resource, expanded with Eckhart Tolle-based meditation, bodywork and teachings. We’ll create a wonderful mixture of dance, bodywork, meditation, creativity, ritual and humour.
