Dancing day after day in a beautiful place allows the whole system to unwind and listen to the deep self. We mix depth and creativity with good company and a warm welcome.

How can we use our movement practice to help us navigate times of change, respond well to the truth of the moment, and allow life to move through us?We have the chance to keep shifting through different rhythms, different aspects of ourselves, familiar patterns and new ways of being. We might dance until we disappear into the music, the dance itself, the sparkle of the sea. The soul is weightless - it holds onto nothing.

Venue: La Luna Nel Pozzo contrada Foragno Ostuni Apulia

The venue, is a theatre center in the countryside based in an old beautiful rural house with a lot of wild land around.

The place is easy reachable by both the airport of Bari and Brindisi and for the Ostuni railways station, a shuttle service is available from both airports or the village.

The food is mostly vegetarian, but with some fish too, and very available to adjust in case of vegan food or celiac or other request.

The rooms are single, double and (one) triple occupancy.

Camping is also possible with private tent.

Is also possible to book a B&B at walking distance joining the group during the all day and staying for one or both meals.
