Join us for a transformative retreat based on free dance, meditations, light yoga, hikes in beautiful surroundings and circle sharing. Let this be a stepping-stone for you to let go of old patterns and beliefs that does not serve you in these new times. Explore your inner true story – what wants to be born and let free. What is your heart longing for, what is your way?We will hold each other in a loving environment where you can deepen into yourself and move through old layers. This will be a time for you to let your body feel into, reflect on and start manifest what wants to emerge through you. It is a universal gift to be the individual you are and meant to be. To allow yourself to be whom you truly are. Who are you? What is your gift? What is the potential that is not yet manifested? Let us together birth the next level of our consciousness.The days will look something like this: We will wake up to an hour of mindful mediation and/or light yoga/yin yoga in Matvas beautiful yogashala. After a nourishing breakfast we will have dance workshop where we move, dance and explore our life energy. For lunch a vegetarian buffet will be served. In the afternoons we will have the opportunity to different hikes in the area of Val Chiusella valley. One afternoon we will be able to visit the spiritual community of Damanhur and the underground Temples of Humankind.We will also hike to “Bella Dormante” The sleeping beauty overlooking the mountains.
