BESCHRIJVING
In movement we can get into every part of our heart. In the dance we are able to deeply inquire what is truly there for us. We get to meet aspects of ourselves we are finally ready to meet. In movement we get to discover layer upon layer of ourselves, waking up to what the body has been holding for us, until we are ready to see clearly. In this workshop we get to discover what it means to let the heart lead, to investigate our heart and our true desire. The place where our spirit rests, waiting to be released. We get to fall in love with all of us. Yes, all of us!DETAILS:
Berit Hague is a certified 5Rhythms teacher and coach with years of experience working with people to connect to their true self. Louise Hall is a psychologist and 5Rhtyhms spaceholder that is dedicated to supporting people to re-wild and be their authentic selves. http://www.louisehallpsykolog.se/
