_danceNature, a women's retreat

We take a lot of time to take care of ourselves, to listen & show our wild heart, to transform old stories, to feed our creative soul and to sweat our prayers.

The 5Rhythms have an elementary connection to the wild & wise, female rhythms of life. We dance with the girl and the old woman in us and welcome everyone in between. No matter what age we are on the dance card, they all bring a message, a gift.

On the former Expo site there are many enchanted natural temples, a sound egg, wicker couch, fireplace and a small "dome". There we will come together for dance sessions with music. Sent off with loving guidance, there will be sessions without music, we sharpen our senses to the natural rhythms within and around us.
