The crime scene is a suppression of joy - in the Heartbeat weekend, we will open up to different emotional energies and track which ones need to be felt, expressed or released. Sometimes embodying and moving through our emotions makes a lot of space for joy and compassion to flourishNOTES

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
