DESCRIPTION
This workshop is part of a series of explorations of the elements and how they live and and move in our bodies. As we dance the 5Rhythms, we become more aware of and connected to these elements. We gain a stronger sense of place in the natural world and a deeper trust in our bodies and in the processes and cycles of life. Each workshop is independent and you can attend as many or as few of the workshops as you like. No previous experience necessary.Workshop Hours: 10.00am-4.00pm

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
