DESCRIPTION
The Wave - Freeing the Body. On this saturday we will meditate the wholeness of the wave and the connection between the different rhythms. We will experience how one rhythm naturally leads into the next, and how the quality and energy of each rhythm are in ourselves. What is the Wave, really, and what is Embodiment?NOTES
