DESCRIPTION

apricity — the warmth of sunlight in winter

This winter we will gather in the mountains to move together.

We will feel the warmth of heart and hearth and sun.

We will hold and be held as a community

surrendered to the ever unfolding dance.

Join us January 21st to 24th in Massanutten Virginia, 2.5 hours from Washington, DC. We will dance indoors at a large, beautiful private estate in the mountains. Attendance will be limited to 24 dancers.

WORKSHOP LEVEL DETAILS

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
