Learn more about the different ways of approaching the 5rhyhtms dance and deepen your practice.

Unlock your flow, expres your heart, shed your skin and connect to spirit.

A whole weekend of playing, praying and practice.

During this weekend we will dive deeper in the physical gateways into ecstacy

With the bodyparts as our tools, the rhythms as our roadmap and the wave as our medicine we will lift the veil of the world of ecstacy.

This is a combined waves/heartbeat.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
