Coming together……againThrough this series of workshops we will continue to deepen our connection with the embodied self, focusing on the simplicity of 5Rhythms movement practice.
Following our dance, Wave upon Wave, we will exploring the creative interplay between our inner and outer dance, bring this into relationship with another. Discover how this awareness brings us into a transformative heart relationship with the world around us.
These workshops can be booked individually or as a series of two days or three days.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
